Today’s Thoughts.

I had an unexpected visit from my bubble friend this weekend. I was laying on the sofa waiting for the gas man to turn up, he didn’t, and I heard a noise outside of my porch. Assuming it was coming from the neighbours, I continued watching the TV and heard another noise coming from my hall. I got up and peeped around the corner where I saw my friend standing there. I screamed like a girl, which made her laugh.

Liz went on to say that the spirit of my mum was with her, holding on to a dominant, older gentleman’s arm. We assumed this to be my mum’s dad who I never met. Through Liz, they said I have wallowed long enough and it was time to move on and I have to make the house my own now.

So feeling better from having their permission, I have been taking down some of my mum’s Elvis Presley memorabilia off the walls and have placed them on my local Facebook selling pages. Fingers crossed.

Even better, by chance I popped into one of my local charity shops on the way to the Post Office today and they said that they are taking donations, so at last I can clear out the bin bags full of stuff that have been cluttering up my kitchen. And even, even better, I met a friend down my high street and she offered to help me take my donations in her car. Bonus!

Last week I got a phone call from an old friend and we were talking about her daughter finishing off Drama College in a few months and was looking for some audition pieces. I happened to say that I wrote some monologues many years ago whilst I worked in a West End theatre and sent them over to her.

We then got chatting on how I could sell them online to other students and actors. So today whilst looking online for inspiration as I want to sell my writing as an ebook, I came across a website on ideas of how to earn money by blogging and affiliation. I will have to look into this.

Also there was a short video on there about how people have been making money from their YouTube channels. Well, sometime last year, I already had created a Sissy Site YouTube channel, so I thought I create a simple video (there’s no music to it as I don’t know how to do that yet) to showcase a selection of sissy anklets which can be purchased on www.kinkyklobber.com

When I have to courage, I may take the plunge one day and film myself reviewing products and clubs or perhaps have a live stream where I’m interviewing people. I really don’t like seeing myself in videos or hearing my voice, but it may be a different avenue to explore. We’ll see.

Job wise, I didn’t pass a first selection process online, even though I thought I was guaranteed a position as it was to work in a  brand new shop, a job which I could do standing on my head. My friends told me that perhaps I was too old for the position as companies want younger people to train up their ways and traditions as well as pay them less money than someone who’s experienced as myself. In retrospect, this could be a blessing as that role may not have been right for me and the ideal job will appear soon. Thinking positive.

Saying that, I don’t really want to go back into full time employment but the money from the up and coming job will pay my bills and will be invested back into my business so that I can expand the website, buy more products to sell and profitably work from home once again.

Happy Easter.

I hope you’ve all had a great holiday weekend.

At this time of year, we tend to rejoice, along with a fridge full of chocolate eggs and booze, new beginnings, rebirth and a positive attitude, especially now as the easing of lockdown has started and we are allowed to travel and see family members at a distance.

This is such a big breakthrough not just for our mental health, but for rebuilding our economy and getting Britain back to becoming GREAT once again!

Here is what the UK Government say on their website.

Changes on 29 March

Social contact

The evidence shows that it is safer for people to meet outdoors rather than indoors. And this is why from 29 March, when most schools start to break up for the Easter holidays, outdoor gatherings (including in private gardens) of either 6 people (the Rule of 6) or 2 households will also be allowed, making it easier for friends and families to meet outside.

Business and activities

Outdoor sports facilities such as tennis and basketball courts, and open-air swimming pools, will also be allowed to reopen, and people will be able to take part in formally organised outdoor sports.

Travel

The ‘stay at home’ rule will end on 29 March but many restrictions will remain in place. People should continue to work from home where they can and minimise the number of journeys they make where possible, avoiding travel at the busiest times and routes. Travel abroad will continue to be prohibited, other than for a small number of permitted reasons. Holidays abroad will not be allowed, given it will remain important to manage the risk of imported variants and protect the vaccination programme. The government has launched a new taskforce to review global travel which will report on 12 April.

Step 2 – not before 12 April

Business and activities

Step 2, which will be no earlier than 12 April, will see the opening of non-essential retail; personal care premises such as hairdressers and nail salons; and public buildings, including libraries and community centres. Indoor leisure facilities such as gyms will also reopen (but only for use by people on their own or in household groups); as will most outdoor attractions and settings including outdoor hospitality venues, zoos, theme parks, and drive-in cinemas. Self-contained accommodation such as campsites and holiday lets, where indoor facilities are not shared with other households, can also reopen.

Hospitality venues will be allowed to serve people outdoors at Step 2 and there will be no need for customers to order a substantial meal with alcoholic drinks and no curfew, although customers must order, eat and drink while seated (‘table service’). Wider social contact rules will apply in all these settings to prevent indoor mixing between different households.

Events

While funerals can continue with up to 30 mourners, the number of people able to attend weddings, receptions and commemorative events such as wakes will rise to 15.

As I’m now Billy No Mates, ‘aw’ I can’t hear you, ‘AW’, over the holiday weekend I’ve been sorting out old paperwork and organised my business files so that I’m ready for the new business year which starts on Tuesday. I hope the next business year will be much better than the last one as my sales are well down compared to the previous year. I guess when people get back to work, then we will all have some spare money to play with.

My top seller is Cum Slut. I wonder why? I guess there’s lots of thirsty people about, especially now the weather is getting warmer. Well that’s my excuse. Talking of working, there’s still no news on the job front but I’m staying positive and keeping my fingers crossed. As soon as the money starts coming in, I can then buy new stock and revamp the website.

I have been doing some research on how to make money from my website, but most of the ideas that they suggest will only work if I have a lot of followers or hits. So please spread the word and tell your friends about our site and don’t forget to get in touch with any suggestions of what you would like to see on here. I’m looking into creating a forum, but again, things like this will cost money. I know I shouldn’t be so open about the business side of things, but I’d rather be honest and tell you all what’s going on than give you lots of fluff and nonsense. Although I do like fluff and nonsense, just wait until I clear away the clutter in my house and start the decorating!!!!

Talking of weights, I must start to eat a bit healthier and do some sit ups as my stomach still resembles a mini beer belly and I need to get into some kind of shape for when the clubs re-open in June and the top comes off amidst a heaving crowd. Please nag me about this as I will need some motivation over the next few months. If I could cook it would be much easier. A chicken ping (a microwaved dinner) is an easier alternative. I know, please don’t judge. 

I’ve also completed the census at the weekend as everyone in the UK has. It was much quicker to fill in the online forms than I thought it would.

As you know, I’m looking for work so that I can reinvest the money back into the business, so I had my last phone call from Ben on Friday, the back to work trainer. It was very interesting as over the three calls we were supposed to speak about how to look for work online, how to apply online and how to adapt my CV to the type of job I’m applying to, but as he knew I was competent in that department, instead we got talking about my business and how to build it up.

So over the two week course, we spoke about memes and hashtags, how to target potential customers and followers, the best times to post them on different social media platforms and how powerful this type of marketing is. At the end of the session, Ben said he was so impressed of what I have down over the two weeks and it was a pleasure to speak with me and will miss our chats. That was lovely of him. I will miss our chats too as he was someone different to talk business with and to get ideas from a younger perspective too.

Regarding memes, for those who have missed them, I’ve been making a daily lockdown countdown meme just to let you all know how many days left until the end of lockdown here in England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own dates.

So whilst going through and clicking on people who to follow on my social media accounts, I’ve noticed some repeat information with has inspired me to create a new project. This is may take a while as I will need to do a lot of research, so do keep a lookout for that.

Thank you for everyone who has messaged me and has joined our Facebook group and liked our Facebook page. I have joined other Facebook groups to get some inspiration and to see if there are any trends we are missing out on.

I’m going to take it slow on there and build up my profile. Where has that year gone?

Mother’s Day is over so for me this year was, unfortunately just a normal Sunday. Yes obviously I thought of my mum as it’s been a year since her passing, but it wasn’t as bad as it was last year. As they say, time heals.

This weekend I had some interesting chats online to other sissies regarding their relationships with their wives. One of the guys has been buying sexy lingerie for his wife but she doesn’t want to wear them so he does now. Apparently he wants her to become a hot wife as their sex life is nil and he’s been trying to spice it up.

I suggested that he was going the wrong way and making it all about his interests. Things like this takes times, possibly months. If he wants an active sex life with his wife, then he should take small steps and make it all about her and what makes her tick and feel comfortable. I did say that he should give her compliments and make her feel special. Not to go overboard and gushy, but say nice things about her cooking or how lovely she looks. Being nice to people can help you get what you want. Try it.

I try to be nice and compliment others as one, this makes them feel better about themselves and two, I benefit from their happiness. Some say this is sneaky, but if you’re making someone happy just by being friendly, then what’s wrong with that?

Sometimes people just want to be noticed, so a simple ‘hello’ can make all the difference. Again, the person who you see on a daily basis maybe shy and desperate to speak to you but they’re afraid of being rejected or ignored.

Test out this theory. Whilst out shopping, spark up a conversation with the assistant. It doesn’t have to be anything in depth and meaningful, just anything random from the weather, how busy the shop is or if you know them, how nice they look. Or when you see a neighbour that you rarely speak to across the street, wave to them or say hello and see what happens.

So going back to the chat with the guy online, he also wants to become a cuckold. This, I didn’t know can also come under the umbrella of being a sissy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Yes it’s that time of year for me to celebrate another year on this planet and to remember a sad time as well.

For all you new followers, my mum passed away last year from old age and I wanted to have her funeral on my birthday, joining the both days so that I could see all my friends and family at one time and have lots of support when needed.

This year is totally different as I’m Billy No Mates at home, with no friends staying over to look after me and no cat to fuss over as he gained his wings over Christmas.

I’m not ‘woe is meing’ (been there, done that earlier this year) but just contemplating how much has changed in one year. I have grown up a lot and surprised many people with my strength and courage of coping under pressure as loved ones passed over, leaving behind a huge empty hole in my life. Though out of darkness comes the light and new beginnings are occurring and changes are coming. Ooer missus.

In the meantime, I shall be celebrating on my tod with a bottle of prosecco (I’d rather have a bottle of Bollinger) and watching the usual crap on TV.

Business news, my sales compared to last year are down as people still don’t have any spare cash to spend on luxuries, unless you’re a Real Housewife Of… but I am gaining more followers per day on all the social media platforms which is a bonus.  

I’m hoping to have my vaccination jab soon which means when lockdown is over, I’ll be able to organise some sissy events and parties. Just need to look for suitable venues as my house is in such a mess at the moment, it would be too embarrassing for people to come over and see. Perhaps I need to seek out some sissies who would come around and do some free DIY for me. Any offers?

Spring is almost here and it looks like there’s light at the end of the tunnel for us Brits here in the UK.

Apparently on the 12^th April, non-essential shops here in England are supposed to open. And with my vaccination jab on the horizon, along as becoming a year older, March seems to be a rather exciting time with new ideas, new opportunities and new ways of thinking taking place.

Spring is normally the time when we all take stock of what we have or want and brush away the cobwebs in the house or in the mind.

As you already know, I’m reading the book, Think And Grow Rich. I’m trying to follow the stages and do what they say but this is easier said than done as I can be naughty and like to break the rules.

I have put some affirmations on my Vision Board and read them out loud every day in a joyous fashion. It’s important that we think positive thoughts because if we fill our minds with doubt and disbelief, these thoughts will manifest into their physical equivalents and can cause all kinds of damage.

When riches begin to come, they come so quickly, in such great abundance, that one wonders where they have been hiding during all those lean years.

As you may have previously read, March is my birthday month. Hopefully this year will be cheerful compared to last year as having a wicked sense of humour, I had my mum’s funeral on my birthday. I know that may sound really strange, but it was an ideal time to see all of my friends and family in one go and have some support on a rather sad occasion. I’m sure my mum would have loved that too.

As you may have noticed, I’ve been using some hashtags on this blog. Apparently, I did an online search the other day of one of my hashtags and my site popped up. How exciting is that?

Half an hour later from writing the first section of this blog, yes it really took me that long on how get here and back to the normal style and all I had to do was click on the backspace button, I’m back on track.

I am now on page 52 of Think And Grow Rich book. It takes me a while to read as I do it in bed before sleepies and some nights I like to switch off and just slob out to some tv instead of invigorating my brain.

I’m now on Chapter 3, Faith and have been doing the exercises. I’ve created a business mood board with quotes, targets and pictures and saying my daily mantras. As they say, if you don’t ask you won’t get!

I’m in the middle of writing my own motivation book to sell (it’s been on hold for a while now) and have been reading it again. I can’t believe what great ideas are in there and I should take my own advice. Well I will now.

Another great book which changed my life is The One Minute Millionaire by Mark Victor Hansen & Robert Allen. I’ve lost the follow up book, along with The Secret. I’m sure they must be in my house somewhere as they went missing a few years ago after me moving the dust about. That’s what I call cleaning, moving dust. Hands up, my house is rather littered with clutter at the moment, but having been living here for 42 years, I have accumulated unwanted stuff. And now that I’m going though my mum’s gear and clearing that out as well, I’m finding the odd hidden gem within her belongings as well as a multitude of carrier bags and tissues!

Job hunting is really slow at the moment as obviously nothing is open yet. I have had a chat with my Universal Credit coach and he has given me a list of things to do. Hopefully when lockdown eases, there will be some opportunities out there. In the meantime, I’ve been doing some research and working out how to earn some extra income from my websites and I may have cracked the Premium Content section on here. To start off, I shall be charging £1 a month. I’m not sure what content is needed, possibly add group chat, competitions etc, so that’s the next step. Any ideas?

The Sissy Site Twitter account is growing fast with nearly 800 followers and I’m now being mentioned in other people’s tweets! This is rather exciting and unexpected. Instagram though has slowed down. But I do get a lot of people liking my posts which is brilliant.

I’m now adding more bits and bobs that I want on my Amazon Wish List, see the link below, only because I saw a programme the other night about a Mistress who received lots of parcels from her slaves and followers. So I thought if she can do it, so can I! I do have some random items on there like a gold thrown, vacuum bags and compost to glitter grout, paint and tiles as I intend to decorate my porch sometime this year. Today’s is a major turning point day for me, as this time last year my mum passed away. I can’t believe how quick this year has flown by and in a strange way at the tender age of 53, how much I have grown up during that time!

With that in mind, I’ve dug out my well thumbed copy of Napoleon Hill’s book, Think And Grow Rich to see if that will help. I’m only on page 15 at the moment and will let you know how I get on.

‘I am a money magnet! I am a money magnet!’

Talking of being positive, after waiting for a few weeks, I had some great news yesterday and that is I’m eligible for Universal Credit. I hate asking for any kind of help, as my friends know that only too well, so this extra money will definitely help pay my bills until sales pick up or until I find a full time job. I was hoping that my business would support me, but obviously there is less disposable cash about at the moment which means people are only spending money on essential items. Hopefully in a few months time I’ll have some spare capital to invest back into the business and acquire new stock. If you can think of any items that you find difficult to buy, please let me know to see if I can help.

I know I don’t write on here as much as I should as a blogger, but I don’t want to go on about how uneventful my life is: get up, have breakfast in bed, watch Jeremy Vine, wash, do social media, get dressed, post office or shop, eat, declutter, look for work, eat, nap if tired, eat, watch tv etc. Did I mention eat?

I did have a major revamp on www.kinkyklobber.com which took me a few days and created headers and pages so that it’s now easier to find certain products without having to scroll through the entire stock on one page. Now I just need to see if I can list the items on each page in to alphabetical order. As they say, baby steps.

And also by playing about with the layout today on this blog, I may have stumbled on how to create private paid content. As I said in my previous blog, everything is set up and ready to go, but I didn’t know how to create the content. Hopefully I do now. It seems already that things are looking up. It’s all that positive thinking.

Well, being reflective isn’t the word of de jour but happy memories come to mind.

This time last year the start of a horrific year was about to happen with the demise and loss of my mum. Over the next two weeks I guess my mind may drift off back to those dark times. Though saying that, I did have the support of my two friends who left their own lives and came to live with me, looked after me and cheered me up. I knew what was going to happen with my mum but nothing like that prepares you for the loss and the emptiness of a loved one.

And now a year has passed and changes have happened, not just for me but in everyone’s lives, my time of wallowing is coming to an end and my new adult life is just beginning.

Over the past few months I have learnt a lot of things, that if I put my mind to something, I can make a success out of it, regardless how long it may take me to get there and what people may think of me. I know people think that I’m this fluffy piece of candyfloss that floats through life on a diamond encrusted cloud and live in the land of the fairies, but never underestimate what I can do, what talents, power and wisdom I have locked away in reserve. And when I am ready, be prepared as my inner beast will erupt and surprise those who thought that I can be trod on and passed over. You have no idea of what I’m capable of when I put my mind to it.

By this, I mean I created a Facebook group a few months ago and since January 2021 it became really popular and grew so quick with over 500 members joining within the last two weeks. Unfortunately I had to close the group as yet again, I was putting all this effort and time into promoting it and getting members to join that I wasn’t getting any financial rewards from it. It was a tough decision to make, but the right decision.

So now I’m looking into creating a members only section on my Kinky Klobber site where I can make money from what I love doing and that’s writing and connecting with people. So, I’ve set up the payment section, I’ve created a payment button, I created a members only page and even loaded up a test picture. But can I find it on my website? Can I heck. It took me an hour just to learn how to add an extra menu button to the top of the home page. I guess it make take me a bit longer to live my dream, but I’m on the right track. I just need to dig out that battered drivers manual, slip on my leather gloves, buckle up and practice, practice practice!!!

In the meantime I have been trying to build up Instagram and Twitter platforms and came across a new aspect of the sissy world. Has anyone heard of Cash Slaves, Cash Pigs or Pay Pigs? Apparently these are people who get an arousal for giving their money away to Mistresses and Masters. There’s nothing strange in that, so I thought I’d have a try. So I slipped on my Master’s dominating head and put out a message on Twitter asking for any paypigs to treat me, as it will be my birthday next month. If I can get get 10 people paying me £100 a month, then all my bills and debt would be paid! Fingers crossed.

With funds now on the slim side, I have updated my CV and applied for two jobs. Both are fairly local. Although if the members only side of my website took off and created the same amount of members that I had in my Facebook group, then that would become my full time job with an unlimited income source. How exciting would that be?

Then, when the shops start to reopen, I’d be able to get my hair cut again and look somewhat presentable! Last week I had to chop a lot of it off as I was sporting a Kevin Keegan mullet. Now it’s a wonky, all over different layered ‘refined punk-esque’ style. I’d say it’s more of a natural, just woken up, bedroom look, others will say it’s a mess. I won’t pit a picture of that up on here as it would frighten everyone away.
